I’ve order RTA every time for our house flips. The customer service is one of the best. It’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. The time spent on the design is so generous. I’ve been so happy with the design and they know just how to make the space look amazing. We have been so happy with the quality of cabinets. Each time they arrive we comment how nice they are. We have bought Home Depot cabinets once and noticed that Wholesale Cabinets are way better. The self close makes a huge difference. I’ve been in charge of putting them together each time and it’s very easy. I even have my teenagers help sometimes. One time we have a race to see who could finish first. Watching the YouTube directions made it much easier, highly recommend watching before you start. We love Wholesale Cabinets and will keep on using them with each house we flip.

These RTA cabinets are better than most custom cabinets ... and NO particle board! Any issues with shipping or shipping damage was immediately rectified by Customer Service.

Had a good experience with Wholesale Cabinets. Dealing with our designer rep, James, was a breeze. Cabinets were ordered and shipped in the estimated time he gave me. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Only recommendation is make sure you order absolutely everything you need for your project as shipping can be expensive.

I bought the white shaker cabinet with the help of the designer James Potter. James is great person to work with. He had many helpful advise and resolve my concerns with lower cost ideas. he was quick respond to my calls even if it’s late. I’d like to rate my experance with whole sale kitchen cabinet as follow:

2. Customer service. 10/10
3. Quality 8/10
4. Delivery 10/10
5. Warranty and Claim 5/10
I bought my cabinet in Thanksgiving’s time when they had 50%discount. The problem when they ship cabinet with high volume sale than the quality going down as well. If you buy your cabinet in different time frame than you will get a better quality or less claims to open.
To process the claim it took them two weeks beside the delivery time. But they deliver the replacement overnight so I will gave them credit for that.
I like the product and I highly recomend it. For this kind of kitchen with 43 cabinet or 89 box I will recomend to get help. Household can’t do this kind project by one or two people. I will go back and buy the cabinet for my bathroom in near future
