Ordered a suitcase that has bubbling on the graphic, emailed to raise issue. Responses have been SO slow and unhelpful. Going away and going to just have to use the case as it is taking so long to sort out. Very poor customer service!

I previously posted on here because my emails requesting a refund on a faulty product appeared to be being ignored.
DR, however, did eventually get back to me and "as a goodwill gesture" I have today received a refund. It took a bit of time and effort but I did get decent service. So my thanks to Divergent Retail.
