Graham came to see us and explained all about solar and how it worked in a very friendly and detailed manner and without any pressure to choose his company over others. After some time we decided to contact Graham and give him the go ahead, Graham told us the price of some equipment had come down and he would pass these savings onto us. He didn’t need to do this. Graham told us what would happen and he was true to his word, everything happened as he said. Graham and his colleagues came on the day and they were very polite, professional, tidy and very friendly. Everything went to plan and working within a few hours (3 hours approximately) Graham organised everything from the app on our phones/iPad and nothing was too much trouble. The scaffolding was done on the Monday, solar installed on the Tuesday and scaffolding down and away on the Wednesday!

"Great install of panels and battery"

I spent a few months doing my homework and reading up on solar/battery installs before I even started getting quotes.
Graham was the first to come to the house and I’ll be honest, I thought I’d be using his quote as a guideline for the others, nothing more. A few months later once I had the rest of the quotes in, I telephoned Graham to keep him up to date. In the meantime I’d had a survey for a ASHP and would be going through with that as well. Graham recommended a couple of changes to take that into view and gave me a new quote with a slightly larger battery. He was the only one who came back to me after having the ASHP quote. Even some national companies didn’t even bother getting in touch.
I arranged an install date (no deposit either which seems to buck the trend. He only wanted paying once it was fully installed, up and running and you’re completely happy with it) and managed to get a date only a couple of weeks away.
The scaffold company he uses turned up the day before. Great set of lads who were brilliant at what they did.
The next day the installation team arrived with all the equipment. They kept me fully informed of what they would be doing and when they would need to turn the power off.
The whole day went without a hitch and Graham ran through the app he uses and what to expect.
I’ve not needed to yet but he’s a phone call away should you need him, and his team have access to their side of the app should anything need tweaking and you’re not sure how to do it.
Great communication from start to finish. I can’t fault them or the scaffolders (who turned up the day after to remove the scaffolding). Not a single bit of rubbish left behind with the exception of the box for the battery which was turned into a rocket by one of his team for my granddaughter who has still got it in her room some 4 weeks later.
Cheers for a great install experience and some larger national companies could take a leaf out of your book for customer service.

"Integral Solar Solutions was the first…"

Integral Solar Solutions was the first company (out of the many we contacted) who considered our roof for solar paneling even though it was considered too small by all the others. Graham came to visit us at home and talked us through the system and how we could still benefit from solar. The team when they arrived mid August 24 were considerate and professional. The panels and battery work great and we are very happy with the system. We've not had to contact Graham too much after they were installed but he is easy to get hold of and always willing talk and answer any queries.

"Excellent all round service"

Graham came out to check he could do what he'd promised. Team turned up on time and were really friendly and polite. There was no mess left behind and the job itself is really smart and tidy. Graham came to check everything was going ok on the day. Little accident happened and the guys broke a security light. They are replacing it without any problems. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The other 4 companies I contacted for quotes etc are not even close to the very high quality service I have received.

"Beautiful in-built panels "

Cannot recommend Graham and his team enough. We opted for built in solar panels as we were having our full roof redone at the same time. Graham worked very well with our roofer and communicated directly with him. Day 1: scaffolding up, day 2: roof stripped, day 3: solar panels installed, day 4/5: roof tiled.

The finish is excellent, the inbuilt look is very smart and has been admired by neighbours. They even commented on the efficiency of the work as they hadn’t seen anything like it!

Graham is always on hand for any questions and often checks our system is running nicely for us. Graham gave us all the latest advice and we always felt safe and informed with our decision making.

The installation team were a very nice group who were very professional. Thank you Graham and the team!
