Když jsem před víkendem kontaktoval firmu s dotazem ohledně poškození pistole kvůli pádu, dostala se mi příjemná a pohotová péče i v průběhu víkendu. Skvělá, rychlá a milá komunikace ze strany majitele. Ušetřili mi spoustu tisíc na novou pistoli. Mohu vřele doporučit:)

J’ai eu le grand plaisir d’échanger avec le revendeur de tufty.eu et c’est avec grand plaisir que la personne a répondu à mes questions, bien que je n’ai pas forcément acheté du matériel chez eux. La personne a été très réactive (réponse en direct) et tellement courtoise! L’échange a été remarquable, d’une grande utilité, et surtout avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de dévouement . Il n’existe pas beaucoup d’entreprise aussi impliquée dans sa relation clientèle!

Customer service is 100. Saved me from a disaster. After ordering tufting cloth from another company in Europe and having the shipping delayed by over a week I was in a panic to find tufting cloth in time for an event. I sent a message to the Tufty customer service chat and they responded right away and helped to get my order processed and shipped the same day. While I am still waiting for the other company to even respond to my emails.
