"Beautiful But Expensive"

This is my second order from Hyperfavor.
I love the beautiful designs and color options they offer. The cost is a little steep though and I did have one strap break after a couple uses. I ordered more because my teen does better with wearing her mask with these more than any of the other options available, I just add a filter to the inside pocket.

"An Honest Review"

I placed an order around Dec 7th. After being scammed by another online retailer, I went to check the reviews for Hyperfavor. Reviews were mixed, and I had wondered if this was a scam too. I contacted support to verify the status of my order. They were in contact with me the same day and assured me that with it being the holidays and covid being a thing that the fulfillment process was slightly delayed. To my surprise the order was confirmed the very next day. After about a week I was notified my package was en route. Package was received today Dec 24th 3 days earlier than predicted. All products received were the correct item and size. I would definitely order from this company again, the shirts are amazing. Thanks Hyperfavor for the great support and awesome shirts.

"SCAM"

You say you are from VA yet your products are produced in Taiwan. No way to cancel and they will tell you what you want to hear. I’m taking my business elsewhere and looking into legal action. I’ll be spreading the word to many others. Customer service has told me that my order will arrive on time for my tournament, yet today found out it’s arriving way after. Oh but offer me $10 refund. This company should be out of business. It’s a SCAM so seriously look elsewhere. I’m out a lot of money now because of this company. When they respond to review, the tell you to contact via email. Well I have done that for over 2 weeks. They won’t help or “investigate”. Instead tell you what you want to hear and no action.
