They are a joke!

Don't finish jobs, don't have any staff left from what I was told.

"Really disappointing"

Really disappointed with this company. After partially completing a job (building a base for a school outbuilding), they were quick to request final payment as they promised they would be back to complete the job in 2 days. They did not turn up. Weeks went by and after tens of unanswered phone calls and emails, they finally agreed to install the remaining paving slabs and remove the debris as per the original quote. They did not turn up on the agreed date so I had to chase again. Eventually turned up and installed the remaining paving slabs but did not have a trailer to remove the waste. After 2 more emails with no response, I have had to resort to writing this review.

As a school and charity, we feel very let down by this company.

Don’t use steer clear had resin drive done did third of it was not right dug up and reordered material then trying to join the resin used a blow torch now that’s all yellow stones falling out then part of drive lifted so go sq on drive way this line down middle resin over all me porcelain paving which they said would clean never did won’t come of driveway was 185sqm ordered 220m2 so could do garage but that all went missing resin company can’t get hold of them either left with joins and a patch wouldn’t even give them 1 star been trying to sort but nobody answers

"Meticulous, professional, really take pride in their work!"

Built a 6mx 5m base for a garden room, with trenches through long garden for water, electric and ethernet to garden room - plus a patio in front and prep'd a large flowerbed.

Joe and Charlie ( plus Dean and Harry on some days) worked incredibly hard in arctic weather to get this done. They were a pleasure to have around, explained everything clearly as they went and really took pride in doing an excellent job, right down to the last details. A really quality company and service.

Ground cleared, concrete base laid for new shed and membrane laid on surrounding area before shingled. Dean and Harry were great workers and a pleasure to have around.

Initially Crackerjack did a good job. They laid a good base for our new garden shed. They were asked to follow this up with paving around the shed once it had been installed. Unfortunately they were very slow at returning to complete this job and the finish was not up to their original standard.

Very large concrete base for shed installed. Comms was good in advance, the guys showed up at the agreed time and date and worked hard. Good tidy up afterwards. Overall, very happy.
