WBAS was prompt, professional and detailed in their communication and offer. Nathan arrived to remove the staircase per plan, was very quick and efficient in removal, professional yet friendly and a pleasure to deal with during the difficult process of preparing my mum and dad’s house for sale. The market value of secondhand stairlifts is not great as I learned but WBAS was professional, hassle-free and avoided the headache of privately advertising plus cost of professional dismantling/removal and shipping.
