"AVOID - nil customer service "

Bought and paid for laminate floor, underlay, beading and delivery underlay missing
Promised call from driver to sort it out but one week on and nothing despite emailing telephoning and leaving number for call back - not happy have had to postpone floor laying and have had to buy underlay and further delivery cost from alternative supplier AVOID

The delivery was 1 week late. All the items came separately. The door was damaged and so I returned and in the end I asked for a refund for most my items.

Ordered flooring date arranged for delivery, then informed there was delay. Called to ask when delivery would be but no reply. Emailed to ask dare of delivery. As yet no reply. Not hood enough!!

Bought 12 packs of lvt click vinyl herringbone
Got joiner here to fit
Nearly 2 boxes have damaged to them
Email their customer services as usual no response
Cant get through on phone hang in on for more than 45 mins each time
I spent over £800 on doors
3 weeks ago sent photos 1 door split the other 3 all prefinished
Oil missed off loads of the doors no respone once again with leader doors
