"Golf wheel bearings"

I ordered some front wheel bearings for a Mk6 Golf which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit as there are two possible sizes which is hard to determine until the car is dismantled. I returned the bearings under the 'no quibble returns' policy and have received a prompt full refund. Great customer service and I will use them again when the need arises.

After reading all the positive reviews on Trustpilot I was hoping to get a great service, unfortunately I was wrong. After finding the part on eBay I attempted to contact them as it stated in the ad if I needed it urgent I could collect or have delivered asap. I left a message on eBay, no reply. I left a message on Facebook messenger, no reply. Left a message on their chat, no reply. Decided to call as were desperate at this point as the car was off the road, number not connecting. So much for helpful and urgent if needed parts.

I have had to go elsewhere now and pay double the price and wait yet another day with no car. NHS worker and unable to get to work! Thanks for that.

"Insignia rear wheel hubs"

Ordered a pair of GM wheel hubs at a very good price. Delivery was within 2 days and was kept informed all the way through.
Hubs appear very well made and when fitted they cured the bearing noise which had been driving me mad. Only time will tell longevity of fix but so far a first class service and quality product
