I’m a new customer to So & Mo and I have been super impressed with the customer service. It doesn’t matter when I email them for advice, I get a response within hours usually. They have been very helpful so far. I’ve only put down one spring application so can’t really comment at this stage on the effects on my lawn. Time will tell but confident that it will improve. 4* for the customer service and if the lawn improves then it will be a 5* recommendation.

"Excellent Customer Service"
Whilst its too early to share what the products have done for my lawn, what I can share is their customer service is above and beyond. Im no gardening expert and have recently inherited a state to fix. Unsure of how to proceed, I contacted their customer support chat to discuss how best to use their products, and indeed how they would tackle the mess I have. They gave knowledgeable insights on how to go about renovating my lawn in addition to sharing where and when their products could help.
If the products are as good as the service, then the team are on to a real winner. Thanks ... so far
