The retailer has given us a delivery commitment for the advertising material until April 30, 2024. We have this in writing. Now the company says they won't deliver until May 2, 2024, even though they have taken €24.90 as express delivery. The flyers are for the opening of a large new restaurant in Mallorca and delivery in time was urgently needed. In a personal phone call with the printing company we were insulted and laughed at. We handed the matter over to the police, because this company is a scam that fakes express deliveries and takes more money for it, but does not fulfill this service. The restaurant in question will file a claim for damages against the company in Palma de Mallorca and it will be made clear in the media that this company is defrauding its customers. We expect the order to be repaid.

Addendum:
The statements made by onlineprinters are of course purely protective claims. When you place an order, you can choose when you want it to be delivered. Because of the urgency, we paid €24.90 more for it to arrive on 30.04.2024. Also, nothing was printed in Madrid, but in DE because the GLS sticker has a DE number. So it's all fake. You only have to look at the negative reviews of their own employees to realize that this company is not even capable of fulfilling orders on time. But they charge high fees for it. We have now filed fraud charges with the relevant public prosecutor's office, as this concerns the livelihood of a young family with a new restaurant and they absolutely needed the flyers for the promotion. The young mother is just crying because she is afraid of the future. It's a disgrace.
