I didn’t want to even give this company one star,it over a month for delivery,the wand didn’t curl my hair as advertised and when I wanted to return they gave a false address,after numerous emails to try and get the right address they emailed to say the company is now closed for good so they can’t issue any refunds,should of known this was to good to be true with the price being so low compared to a proper styler like shark or Dyson,I hope no one else looses their money to these scammers 🤬

Umpteen emails have been sent since just after Christmas about returning an unwanted Christmas present to them for a refund. Not one reply back from them, disgusted ex-customer!

Business has now closed. Poor quality, refused to refund.. now the business has closed. Be aware. I have all emails confirming this. Not responding to the email you have asked me to reply too on, which is the exact email i have sent all my enquiries too. can you explain this.

My 5 in 1 was sent back and tracked within 14 days as it states on the website and they will not refund.
Over 20 emails and they just keep fobbing me off. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
