I've bought a lot of stuff here and I had an issue last year with a part. I then sent a note about it and never heard back. Expected more honestly.

**I did talk with Steven and he said they would figure it out with me the following day and then no one called. That was 2 + weeks ago. FWIW.

***Three months later, no call back. I kind of see this as a double fail now. Why bother having if you aren't going do anything about it?

First, even though this was just a small order, it was handled quickly.
I live in Vermont, so had the parts the next day with no special handling.
Second, I've dealt with RN since 1980, and I've always been able to
find what I need. My Series III is a working Rover, so it is nice to know
I can always find the parts I need to keep it running.

I don't buy a lot of parts for my Rover, but when I do need something Rovers North always has the part and it normally arrives a few days after the order.

I've had to call them a few times. They are always friendly and helpful.
