"Commande jamais reçu"

Bonjour depuis le 12 juillet, j'ai commandé mon numéro de commande est 45065 et nous sommes 15 novembre mon colis n'est toujours pas livré
Je suis très déçu

Ware wurde vom Zoll beschlagnahmt, musste einen weiten Weg fahren, um sie abzuholen. Dann noch verzollen, also zusätzliche Kosten.
Mehrere Mails an den Händler wurden nicht beantwortet.

"I have been using this Gel for a while"

I have been using this Gel for a while. And find it does what it says. The 16-22% is best for my gums they higher ones irritate my gums. The results are ‘white’ and I always get complements.
Recently I put the wrong address on the order. So got lost. My fault totally. ( senior moment ) I emailed the company and as soon as the tracking showed what had happened a new batch was sent out and arrived super quick to the UK. I certainly will recommend them.

"Besides burning my gums this didn't do much for me"

I ordered a batch of the medium strength gel. The gel is obviously strong, as pretty much every time I use it my gums end up with burns on them and a white colouring, but it has barely made any difference to my actual teeth despite using a professionally made mould. I'd recommend using strips from somewhere instead, much easier process

J’ai passer une commande au nom de emma neus et il y a eu une erreur sur mon adresse de livraison donc l’article a été renvoyer à l’expéditeur j’ai essayée de contacter expertwhitegel depuis 3jours pour qu’il puisse me le renvoyer en rajoutant l’erreur manquante sur l’adresse de livraison mais aucune réponse de leurs part j’ai envoyer des dizaines de mails fait dès réclamation mais rien n’y fait je n’est aucune réponse j’attend toujours leurs réponse (je vien de voir votre réponse j’ai déjà envoyer une dizaine de mail à l’adresse que vous m’avez indiquer aujourd’hui lundi 25 juillet mais rien y fait j’ai aucune réponse )
