Chairs delivered lovely but 1 was minus it's cushion customer service phone number did nt work I got through eventually to 2 of their branches and they said they would get customer service to telephone me that never happened and I am still waiting
on a response to my email

We visited Coleraine EZ Living and we’re kindly approached by Chris who advised us on the range of outdoor furniture. He noted that we were interested in the model on display and kindly, seamlessly organised a collection of the floor model for a reduced rate as there was a fantastic sale on. We were advised of the options and timeframes of a new model however we opted for the floor display. A gorgeous shop and fantastic staff. He kept us in contact throughout the process and we’ve collected our furniture this morning!

Took a while to arrive, and a hook was missing. Replacement sent promptly, but unfortunately my house number and road was left off so it took a bit of investigating. Excellent customer service.
