"Be careful, item not as advertised"

I purchased their “raze” 50mm axle bar. Which was advertised as a chrome/silver finish with knurling. Looked like it had been manufactured specifically as an axle and not just knocked up in a machine shop.

I paid £166. I had an option of colour also.

I received a totally different bar. It was a 50mm solid bar. With two welded collars which must of had another purpose as these had pre drilled holes for grub screws of some sort. Did not look the part and no doubt had been knocked up in a machine shop.

You can get exactly the same item of the likes of rebel strength for £78.

I was offered a partial 20% refund - which still totalled at £130. I could nothing justify paying and extra £50 for the same item I found on an alternative site.

Be careful purchasing equipment from these as they are not those advertised!

Customer service was nice enough, just don’t bother wasting your time or money.
