"Yall don't get this insurance"

Yall don't get this insurance; not only do they have bad customer service, they're also just a bad business. You would get transferred to different insurance companies that you originally weren't calling; they hang up on you whenever they like.

For example, I was calling the representative named Sasah about getting a quote on my new insurance plan; she hung up before she even gave a price to me. I tried calling her back multiple times, but she never answered the phone.

When I was trying to come in contact with a representative that wouldn't hang up on my face when I was canceling my insurance. After the representative was done with there intro, I asked the representative what their name was in the nicest way possible, and they paused for a good minute and then hung up on my face, just because I asked for THERYRE NAME??? How shady is that??!!

Not only are they shady, but they also don't keep track of your payments. I've been paying for my insurance for 3 years (on autopay). When I was switching from them and asking another insurance company for a quote, they said my payment record stopped to 3 months and said I haven't been paying since the first 3 months. When I had it FOR 3 YEARS????

I know in this economy you would want something cheap, but please don't settle with them. This experience with insurance really affected my mental health and my pockets. This company had me and my pockets crying FR!!

p.s. the only reason I put a 1 is because i cannot put a zero
