"Dishonest, rude, argumentative, unethical "

Gave us a quote for state minimum coverage. We then asked to increase the liability coverage to 100/300/50. Got given a higher quote and started the policy. The policy we received was just for state minimum coverage. When we asked about this we were told the policy would be updated in a few days. This never happened. Paula Torres, the broker agent who sold us the policy then started to ignore our emails and calls. A few days later we spoke to a supervisor who said that we never paid for the higher coverage.

All the staff at Freeway are incredibly argumentative, rude, dishonest and outright unethical individuals.

I have Infinity insurance with campers and I have a full coverage supposedly but when it comes that I need to use my insurance this is a fraud. Supposedly they sent me to this place. They’re gonna do a good job. They pay to the place the place they did and Mickey Mouse to my car on the first owner of this car ridiculous. They told me that they already paid for the repairs and they fixed my car, whatever it was to them they put one of the use and it’s ugly. It looks ugly. These people things are not real My car is not even completely fixed and they told me I have to deal with the shop. They sent me to. They have nothing to do with that. They already paid practically the problem. It’s gonna be mine even though they didn’t even finish the job. by the way, the adjuster that I was spoke to her name, it was Amber Tucker

"Quote surprised me. Much less than I was paying"

I was given information up front. I wasn't sure on what I needed. But Mercedes Heath was helpful and explained in detail. It was much cheaper than the coverage I was paying. I am insured and very happy with the Agent and company. I recommend going to get a quote.
