i signed up with Freeway using Fiorela Prado on about 10/9, my broker fee of $165 was supposed to be delayed until Nov 11, however I called in on Oct 24 and she charged my account, apologetic and told me the charges would be reversed on Oct 25th, It is currently 3:32pm pst, and I have sent several texts, emails to Fiorela and a few managers, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK, as a matter of fact when i call to contact them, they continue to put me on hold or hang up on me, this has been going on since 2pm Oct 24... 25 hours of complete bullshit customer service, my refund never happened. I have confirmation text messages from Fiorela showing she has "READ" these text, no return call or update, ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT CUSTOMER SERVICE
