Absolutely the worst insurance to have to deal with. You have to wait to talk to anyone a minimum of 20-30 minutes on hold. Then they ask you your phone number and put on another 20-30 wait. I canceled them it took them a month to give me the wrong amount. Now here a I AGAIN on hold for 22 minutes now and been hung up on 3 times during hold.
