Help me find the cheapest I mean the cheapest rate for my new car and I am truly grateful for her service and her time if you ain’t like her I don’t want you once again thanks so much. The best experience I ever had getting Car Insurance , I will recommend The World to her

"Substandard and illegal business practices in Texas"

I bought a policy with this company underwritten by Bluefire Insurance. It has been the worst experience for myself and my sons. We just filed a claim with this insurance company. They give out fraudulent phone numbers to claim adjusters. They hide behind protocol to escalate to a supervisor to address and follow up with the status of a claim. Adjusters do not call back with customers nor they are very aware of the policy declarations. Instead of asking the insurance adjusters to come out to assess the vehicle, they ask their customers to take pictures and send them pictures. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance and give notification to my fellow state legislators about the business practices of this company. When my son called about the lack of response and customer service, instead of seeking to resolve the issue, he was informed by their agent to cancel the policy with them. This is the type of business practices that both of these companies are doing in Texas, and awareness needs to be raised at the administrative and legislative levels.

Customer service was exceptionally poor. They overcharged my credit card by almost $400. Told me they would give it back within a day or two. It spent 17 days. Still haven't received nothing yet. Was treated like a piece of garbage on the phone. Lied to lied to lied to. I would never ever recommend anybody to this insurance company. Please if you're reading this look someplace else
