I live in Metairie/Kenner Louisiana, & no one was ever in the office. Finally, after trying for 4 days, I went to the office, & the girl there renewed my policy BEFORE my old policy was up. Then they canceled it, which caused me to have NO insurance at the end of the month and I had to pay the state to get insurance again. It was a big mess because of this girl that did this. I was promised a fee because of the overlapping insurance, but never received it. This insurance company was a nightmare. Buyers BEWARE.
