Great in the end! It was frustrating at first, I had emailed with no reply, then I called and spoke to someone. It took another negative email to get a response. The survey was carried out in the end - quickly- but had to communicate via personal phone calls.
An immediate response to acknowledge receipt of email and further communication to update would be recommended. I nearly went with another company as I thought they had forgotten about me.
In the end, Great result.
