The pricing quotes change, I was offered a 'price' then the price was increased a few days later. What kind of business is this?

I'm truly shocked at the poor level of customer service, especially from a luxury car rental. My dissatisfaction was met with a dismissive response, which is unacceptable.

Then a follow-up message: '... you didn't get it at the price you wanted 😊' AVOID AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

Had a really positive experience with Royal Rentals. Really great customer service and always quick to respond to questions. Rented the RS6 as a present for my son and car was immaculate and great fun to drive. The noise of the V8 was wonderful (makes a change from my Tesla!).
