WE PLACED ORDER FOR ZAPPI HUBS AND CT100 CLAMPS ON THE 23RD APRIL TOLD THEY THEY WHERE IN STOCK, WE WHERE 5 HUBS SHORT TOLD THEY WOULD BE DISPACHTED FRIDAY30TH APRIL NOW BEING TOLD IT WILL END OF MAY , FULL PAYMNET ON CARD WAS TAKEN .

I wrote a previous negative review and don't seem to be able to delete it - so I'm writing a new one. I tried to order some parts and was miffed that there was a stock level reporting issue with their website. They phoned me up almost immediately to explain the problem. They kept me updated on when to expect my parts & sent things as soon as possible, including getting their suppliers to direct-ship the dribs and drabs. I got what I expected at the cheapest price that I could find online and as soon as humanly possible. Once the parts were in stock, the tracking / communication were all great. I feel like a valued customer can un-reservedly recommend these guys.

Items were quickly dispatched but one got caught up in a delay with the courier.

My communications with the vendor on the matter were answered quickly and showed concern for the issue.

My parts were on a long lead time everywhere, so I shopped around looking for stock. These guys claimed to have stock and were offering a good price - but wait, next day they phone me to say they phoned the supplier and they couldn't get my parts for 6 weeks. Not pleased. Maybe their stock control is a little off. Maybe not. You should defined ring them before placing an order if it looks like they're the only ones with what you want. To be fair, they were quick to get in touch, the price is good and I have every confidence they will deliver in the end.

Thanks Chris for the support with finding a suitable supplier for the charger. Also thanks for your flexibility in accepting the swap of charger with a different brand I decided later (well beyond the standard return policy) and the speedy delivery to meet the already agreed installation deadlines. Highly recommended.
