After the disappointment of the courier breaking my bottles ordered twice, I rated the service one star. Since then the customer service I received has been first class, and I now realise that actually what happened in transit was not the fault of Ellie’s Cellar. I have re scored the service I have had and rated it five stars. I should also add that the wine was really first class thank you Ellie’s Cellar.
