I placed a small order with the delivery charge making up most of the invoice so customer services emailed to query before processing it.
This doesn’t happen very often so very noteworthy!
Also, they’re the first supplier I’ve had that uses What3words. Kudos - at least I knew they’d be delivering to the right place 👍
