Been a customer for a few months now and I think a few months is plenty of time for them to get their sh!t together but apparently not as no matter which issue or concern I raise with them they will only respond with "thank you, I will let my manager know". It is unknown if the manager was ever informed as the problems with their services not only persist but are later accompanied by more problems.
To date my problems have been as followed, in chronological order;
-was treated absolutely attrociously by a staff member and when I raised concerns about the way he was talking to me with him he tried to say "I'm making the decision to inform you that you won't be right for our service".... Quick phone call later I was getting multiple apologies and 15% off my next order which was nice seeing as most companies would just send you an automated apology and nothing else so they did make the effort
-my second ever order wasnt sent out and I had to call em up so they would send it
-calling the call centre often results in an automated message saying the call centre is closed when it should be open
-myself and several other people have stopped receiving emails in regards to tracking and shipment and seems the package will only send if we call up and remind them to send it but we still don't receive emails with tracking and shipment details
-my last delivery seemed unusually under filled, I told myself that maybe it was probably particularly dense flower buds but later I found marijuana seeds in some of the flower buds, as far as I'm aware seeds shouldn't form if the growing process is followed correctly and shouldn't be in the container if proper quality control was followed... I still have the seeds and informed them of this but all I got was "I will tell my manager". I will be buying scales so I can weigh all my future deliveries as now I'm certain proper care was not taken.
The company does seem to be making efforts for good customer service but it's pretty clear it's slipping and I think I'm going to start looking elsewhere
