I ordered 2 pair of boots; US 7 1/2. They arrived way too large! In order to do a return or exchange, I needed to send them back to China, even though they were packaged in Illinois. That shipping charge is $181 American Dollars. And their size chart is VERY misleading! The boots fyi, cost me $100.00. This site needs to be shut down! Do NOT buy anything from them!!!

Read my 20 e mails in response to all yours. It should have been simple.i did everything right. Returned 2 pairs of shoes for refund and provided yrsckings numbers and order numbers. I even have to check now to see if both both shoes were refunded

The company says they have sent me the return address. They have not done so. I checked ALL my email folders---spam, junk and it is not there. Can you please send me the return address please to my email that is on the last 6 emails that I have sent you. Thanks. Also, when I made the purchase of the boots, I received the confirmation on that---so, then when I want to return---no emails with the return address. I find that strange and shady.
