Very easy to contact the company. Always available and helpful. We were collecting our order on Sunday and the only collection time was between 3-5 which was not great for us. Once i contact polar ice i was informed that the order is available all day from morning to late evening. It was easy to access it and all the staff are very helpful. Ps about the ice itself: i was reading that it just last one to two days. Evaporates in around 30 %in every 24 hours. We collected ours on Sunday morning and still had some on Thursday😉
