Never used Clownfish Games before, but did a pre-order of Arcs because of the option to pay for it when it was in stock rather than 6 months before and it was competitively priced vs Zatu etc. Received timely communications, including one to say it was ready to ship - much earlier than I was expecting and before anyone else is listing it as in stock. Dispatched on a Sunday (not sure I've known anyone do that before!) and arrived very well packaged in perfect condition less than 48 hours later. Will absolutely be using them again - highly recommended.
