"Very bad experience "

I booked a flight for November 28 2024 from 8:30 am and they tried to change it to 10 pm. if I cancelled they were going to charge me $160. I had to change my flight for the 29th and ended up spending almost $200 more. Very unhappy for first time using this Viva company

I was scammed. This company charged me separately for flight ticket and taxes and other fees separately and caused me to missed my traveling date. I canceled the flight. I only got my flight ticket cost of $1069 back but they have been neglecting me and refused to pay me for the taxes and other charges of $144.96.
