Down to the lovely gift card and paper ready to wrap the gift. You have thought of everything. With the extra links supplied it is a special gift which she will hopefully have for many years to come. Also your customer service was excellent. You tried your best to get me the bracelet on time which is more than I have had from other businesses. Unfortunately for Covid and Royal Mail my purchase was a day late for my daughters 30th birthday but unbelievably good customer service staying in touch and trying to help me. My daughter was so chuffed with her 30th birthday necklace very good value for money and well made. Will definitely use again
