"Help ! "

Not sure where to start. Some very smart, talented people at this company, however, I’ve been working on 2 websites for a year and I have 2 small sales to show for it. I’ve spent somewhere in the neighborhood of $23,000. The websites are still in process, however, I feel there is no end in sight. I feel like a hamster in a wheel. Unfortunately I may abandon both sites because I don’t know what else to do. No one from the company told me anything regarding THE COST or process when I first called them. If they did, I would never have gotten involved. No one gave me any indication of a timeline or the steps involved. I’ve received no receipts whatsoever and I’ve asked for them about a dozen times. Has anyone reading this ever spent that amount of money without receiving a receipt??? Probably not. I’ve been in tears on the phone so many times with them and I’ve actually had 3 men on separate occasions laugh as I’m crying. This is no exaggeration. Where I’m from, this is not acceptable. I need to point out that Hazel Garrett has been helping me and she is wonderful. She is a star and this company is lucky to have her. If you’d like to see the work you can check it out. And I have to give credit when credit is due. The sites have some good features and the staff has put in a lot of hours. I do not take that for granted. As I mentioned the sites are still in process.
