I have just visited the Euston clinic. The audiologist name was Norani. She was calming and patient and made sure that all the (considerable) wax was removed from my ears. Norani's polite demeanour and creditable subject knowledge ensured a 5 star experience. Highly recommended to anyone suffering from wax blockage.

I used the Euston branch today . I just want to say that the service / experience I had at the clinic was first class booking to end outcome . Audiologist Simon Harrison is a first class . Not only in the skill he has removing the wax quickly and efficiently and with no discomfort . he also managed to be reassuring and kind to easily managing to meet the 15 minute appointment time ; without feeling rushed or in personal . No waiting over the allotted time . Just first class . I have had ear wax removed on at least 5 to 10 times before . this was streets ahead of past experiences . My hearing has improved dramatically . I knew it would from the past . but as my Gp practice was going to leave me with this difficulty for an indefinite period I can only say I am glad i turned to this clinic for help . Highly recommended

"Be careful"

I booked an appointment for a child. The next day somebody called me from mobile claiming that was from hearology and requested prepayment over the phone £119. As I was concerned about safety, refused to give my details and offered transfer to bank account or payment on arrival. The lady on the phone didn't agree and cancelled the appointment. They say on their website that if there is no wax you pay only 60. How if they want payment in advance? Many making business, nothing else.Booked somewhere else for 85 which I will pay after service.
