Let me be clear: This was not about dirt. This was about a product that aged years within days—something completely unacceptable for a premium brand. Their excuse to avoid handling legitimate complaints is a blatant disregard for customers and basic consumer rights.

If you value quality products and decent customer service, avoid this shop at all costs. They’ll gladly take your money, but the moment something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the frustration!
