"Beautiful Ring!"
I just received my beautiful Mother's Ring. As soon as I opened the package, I thought to myself, "It's gorgeous!" The genuine gemstones are perfect and I LOVE the shade of the rose gold. The sizing matches my finger precisely. Years ago, I lost my Mother's Ring and replacing it has been a disappointing endeavor. Thank you, thank you for the beautiful design. It is a delicate ring without being dinky. I know that I will receive many compliments from it. It was such a delight doing business with you. I will recommend you to my family and friends.

I ordered a ring from your business a few months ago. I had ordered too late for it to show before Christmas and had to "supplement" Christmas due to so wasn't my best of moves...we had a house fire just days after Christmas and lost everything that wasn't in our vehicles. During the insanity we had your ring delivered and i gave it to my girlfriend while standing in the rubble of our home. I said, "if you can handle me through this i can't see how we could have worse. I'll never make you hurt like this does i swear." That was the first thing we had to start over with. She gets compliments dayly for it. She had to have it sized down some cause I had gotten it slightly big. The jeweler at Helsburg diamonds in Springfield,mo. Said it was beautifully made and very well sat in each gems seat. I can't start to tell you what the ring means to her. She truely started over with just Me, our kids and your ring and she is happy with that. Thank you for such a beautiful piece of craftsmanship to give her when she so dearly needed something as pretty as her to hold.

"Spent nearly a month trying to get the merchandise I paid for"
Spent nearly a month trying to get the jewelry I ordered. The most unbelievably rude seller imaginable. When I finally got it, I returned it. Merchants like this do not get my money. Let the buyer beware. This company's "customer service" is worse than nonexistent.
And looking at all their snotty replies to many other negative reviews, I fully expect them to come back and say I'm lying or trying to scam them in some bizarre way. It's what all con artists say.

Just as I expected, Jewels For Me responded with a snarky, demeaning, insulting response. How nice that this company has so much time and so little business that they are comfortable posting their disgusting attitudes all over the internet. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews - and their invariably dismissive and insulting responses - before I purchased from them. In this company's world view, every person who posts a negative review is immediately and invariably wrong. And they are stupid enough to publicly say so in the most insulting way possible. Their response today is just one more example of that stupidity.

"Very poor international customer service"
I am a UK customer and I ordered a ring from Jewels for me. The company contracts out to International Checkout for international orders. I never saw my ring. I received an order confirmation from International Checkout, the money was taken but I never received any further communication or my actual order. I got no response from International Checkout everytime I tried to contact them. Jewels for Me were very unhelpful when I contacted them, even though it was their decision to use International Checkout. I feel scammed and am very disappointed in the poor customer service for international buyers provided by Jewels for me.

I am not a confused customer. I ordered from the Jewels for me website. The use of International Checkout was not my choice but the method that Jewels for Me uses to provide custom to international orders. My credit card statement clearly shows my payment going to Jewels for Me. Nice try Jewels for me. But it is still your customer service which has failed.

Well Jewels for Me is now accusing me of being a liar. I have provided my purchase info to trustpilot as requested to show I am an actual customer. And this is Jewels for Me's response? Nothing more to say really - just Wow!

My order was perfect & shipping was fast. Very prompt (1 day) response to questions. I loved the ring, the quality is outstanding & it's what I expected. It arrived 'true to picture'. Most importantly, my fiance loves it! I will order again.

"Please help"
Please help. My husband purchased me a ring for Christmas and the day he ordered it, he then in return got an email saying order was canceled. Since the order was canceled we just went to a store to purchase a ring. The order was placed and canceled in December and in late Jan we received the ring and our checking account was deducted. So, we emailed customer service and followed all the steps in returning the ring. We paid shipping and mailed the ring off and received it back in the mail a few months later, for wrong address. But, I assure you that we used the address provided for us. Please please help so I can return the ring and get a refund. Thank you

14K WG Alexandrite w/ Diamond Twist - Better in person than the images could portray. Every diamond securely in place, great clarity of the diamonds and the Lab Alexandrite. Changes color in the sun as would expect. Now as our wedding day approaches I am considering ordering more in form of our Wedding Bands for each other.

"Very disappointed with infinity ring …"
Very disappointed with infinity ring ordered as Christmas present. The image of ring shows on a ring finger of a woman, this finger would only be suitable for my pinky finger, and I have very small hands. Clearly the image had to be altered to give the illusion of a larger ring. It may have looked nice, it was clearly a child size piece of jewelry.
Another very annoying problem was the return. I was provided 2 different zip codes, the one on the box was different from the website. I chose the wrong one, had the return package sent back to me because of improper address and had to ship it a second time. So not only did I not receive a ring, I paid shipping twice for nothing.

I contacted the company via email after receiving a ring that was missing a stone. I attempted to call the company, but the number was inactive. I guess providing an inferior product goes hand in hand with poor customer service.

I'm very pleased with my order. I ordered the Garnet 14 K gold ring in rose gold and it is simply gorgeous. The customer service at Jewels For Me is truly on point. I could not be any happier and will order again in the near future.
