Made the mistake of enquiring on a comparison site and this company has not stopped bombarding us with texts and emails, nearly every day - even on Xmas Day and Boxing Day. Hounding to the degree of harassment. No "unsusbscribe" button either

Very prompt response to request for quote. Adam came out same day and did thorough survey. Gave us a fully comprehensive quote there and then. Boiler installation took place one week later. This was carried out by Adam and went smoothly. He took away all the waste and left everything clean and tidy. Adam was very pleasant and efficient. Blue Flame will now provide free annual service for my boiler. Very satisfied.

"No intention off for filling service contract"

Had my boiler fitted September 2023 no problems with installation, was contracted for 5 years free servicing tried to call a number of times over the last 7 weeks all I get told someone will call me back this has never happened they obviously have no intention off for filling there contract I am not the only one they have not called back.
