We did a masterclass initially which provided us so much knowledge - John is so educated and very skilled in the ins and outs of the banking world, and for us with very little knowledge of numbers he broke things down so simply. We continued on to engage John as a broker who went above and beyond for us. No problem was ever too big for John, he was available when we needed him even when overseas on a family holiday. Our family will be forever grateful for John for helping us work through our financial issues and doing everything he could to get us the best possible outcome.
