"Either scam or extremely poor at running a business"
Placed an order on the 6th of October 22. My order hasn't arrived yet. I left multiple messages via the website contact form, sent emails (bounced back because their inbox was full), called and was promised a call back (which I never received). To this day I haven't got my order or my money back and haven't got a response from the company.

AVOID THIS OUTFIT AT ANY COST OR DON'T SAY I DID NOT WARN YOU - They also are the Stickystore.co.uk company as well.
I ordered 10 x Tape dispensers - Showing as in stock and next day delivery - weeks went by and nothing turned up - so I emailed them and no response. 3rd email I finally get a shipping notice for the 10 items ordered. Only 6 turned up and on one of them the box is tattered and taped up - you can hardly give it as a gift as it looks like it is used! So one of them needs to go back. (Actually I opened it and it was BROKEN - the units are filled with rubble to weight them down and as it was broken all the dust was coming out and the bag was sellotaped up to stop it leaking - so obviously it was pretty damned obvious and they tried to palm this off on me and send me 5 short after taking my money with no email or explanation!) I called them FOUR times over the past 10 days and they nicely tell me they will return my call - and they have not - I just called them and they said we cannot do anything we just answer the phone we can just relay your messages - well 3 emails and 4 phone calls and not a response. So I need a refund on 5 of these items, one of which needs to be returned or thrown in the bin as it is broken- but I am not paying for their incompetence - so they can collect it. I just called them and the guy on the phone said he could do nothing all - all he could do was answer the phone and pass on the messages! Well I just did a chargeback with Paypal - and bought the remainder elsewhere. These people are NOT WORTH THE GRIEF! They either cannot count or are just useless and they will not return a phone call or even an email. Common Courtesy and customer service COSTS ZERO! QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SLOW TO DO ANYTHING ELSE - They give Swansea a really bad name! Well PayPal must know what they are like - they refunded the missing items in minutes - Thank you PayPal- 5 stars! To add to this - one of the units - the box was in tatters and the unit was broken and held in a bag with sellotape - I cannot believe they sent this and tried to pass it off as new - it was clearly damaged and not fit for purpose - All the markings of a business in trouble. Taking your money and not shipping it all and not calling you back or answering your emails. ***** AVOID AT ALL COSTS IS MY ADVICE *****

SINCE I WTOTE THE FOLLOWING REVIEW, JAMES THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS, CONTACTED ME DIRECTLY. HE OFFERED A FULL SND SINCERE APOLOGY. HE FULFILLED MY ORDER, AND SENT SOME EXTRA HOOKS FOR FREE BY WAY OF AN APOLOGY. JAMES ASSURED ME THAT THE ISSUES WILL BE ADDRESSED WITH HIS TEAM. AS A RESULT, I HAVE INCREASED MY REVIEW FROM A 1* TO A 3*.
ORIGINAL 1* REVIEW:
I paid £30 for 3 multipacks of command hooks, but only received 3 individual hooks. I should actually have received 12 hooks in total.
I phoned The Sticky Store 3 times, and each time I was told that someone would call me back, that they can't transfer calls & that there are no other staff available to speak to. Surprisingly (not!) nobody called me back.
I also left 2 voicemail messages for SSUK, but no-one called me back either. I then used the SSUK chat bot service, they said 'sorry to hear that, we are too busy to help' and then they ended the chat.
I will have to get a refund via PayPal. This company is untrustworthy and it clearly treats customers with contempt. It took money from me, then failed to provide what I paid for, and is now ignoring me.

"The worst company in Swansea…"
I placed an order on September 24th and the payment was taken immediately. On October 5th I was still waiting for the goods to be despatched. I tried the chat option on their website but this was ignored. So was my email of the same day.
On October 6th I both tried the website and emailed again. I got nowhere so rang and the person answering the phone said he would get customer services on to it straight away. They did not call back
On October 7th I did all the same things again and when I called them I asked to speak to the customer services manager and was told they did not put calls through to employees and all I could do was to leave a message. I pointed out that I had done this already and had the phone put down on me.
Shortly aft\er this I received an email from somebody called James saying he was very sorry and would ring the courier and be back to me within 2 hours
I did not really believe this as the website clearly had the order as not shipped. This was around 10.30 and by 4pm no answer - what a surprise!
I emailed again saying that I needed an answer by end of day or a refund. I am still awaiting a reply.
Advice to all avoid this bunch

Item advertised ordered but confirmation was for different product contacted through website-no response. Telephoned 3 times with promise they would cancel order. contacted twice more on website-no response. Credit card debited 1 day after order no confirmation of dispatch. Looks like complaint to Mastercard to recover cash.

This company is a joke. They take your money don't send items or refund money. The only way to get satisfaction is to go to trading standards.

Please avoid at all costs. The costumer service is basically 0. I had to open a case through paypal to get my money back after i tried for over a month to get an update from them (nobody is available at the phone, nobody answered the emails, and the chat from their site is useless).
Please please please avoid!

I ordered a record player for my father in laws birthday it took over 4 weeks to get here (even though I’d payed extra for next day delivery which I never got back) it now doesn’t work and I can’t get hold of anyone yet again sent email after email and nothing! Can I have a replacement or a refund!!
