"Restrictive Customer Service"
I wanted to purchase a Security Camera System because the price at Vidlogix was lower than other companies. I called their 631-372-5004 phone number. No one picked up and it went to an answering machine. I left a message. I tried again a few minutes later. Again no response. I received a text message from the company asking what I needed. Because I had several questions that would take several minutes to address I asked if the conversation could be had via phone. Their response was no. Only current customers can speak to their employees about service/equipment related issues. Since when is a new customer less important than someone who has already placed an order?
Why should an existing customer have more priority and importance than a new one? Why should I have to have a lengthy text message conversation with the company? Not only is this unprofessional and inconvenient but it doesn't usher in a level of confidence with the company when they aren't willing to pick up a phone and have a conversation.
How can I trust a company to buy a product that is around $1,000 when I can't even have a normal phone conversation? Consider me old fashioned but I find it very inconvenient, unprofessional, and sketchy when a company limits their correspondence to text and email.

"Great service"
This is my second purchase with Vidlogix. My salesman Rhett helped me pick a Sonos home theater system. It arrived sooner than I anticipated and I am very happy with it. Thank you and I will definitely come back in the future. Great service.

"I ordered Sonos stuff from this…"
I ordered Sonos stuff from this website. Now it's not that easy to get Sonos these days and vidlogix had what I needed in stock and shipped the same day I placed my order. I got tracking later the same day and received my stuff two days later. I'm gunna get my sound stuff from there for now on.

"Misleading, Untrustworthy"
This company tried to hire me. But I refused to work with them due to incoherent emails and less than satisfactory account information in Google Ads.
However, I politely said, I cannot offer my services, thank you for your interest.
After I refused to offer my services on 26th March 2023, he got upset and left a 1 star review with false information.
Looking at his online profile of reviews, I can see he provides very bad services.
And leaves 1 star review on many other Shopify businesses for no reason, but to defame the business.
Unlike his review, mine is a genuine experience.
