Several years ago i approached Matrix Solicitors to help me deal with housing disrepair and damp issues, as i had enough of dealing direct with my local council.

Ian Wareing took on the case and dealt with every aspect of my housing disrepair complaint, and I have recently been awarded a large damages pay out

My misses cannot hear you on her phone as it is a bad signal when you try to call her as my misses name is kathleen boulton as I think you spoke to her last week as we still live at 210 Berkeley road hay Mills Birmingham B258nn as we have to give a one star because understanding my misses phone is playang up and has a fault in the speakers of her phone being faulty when trying to answer her phone.
