"Missing Product, Customer Service doesn't work"
Ordered two shortfills and some nicotine shots, only one shortfill arrived.
No big issue these things do happen so I went to contact them through their website - Their ticket system doesn't work and will not allow me to create a ticket and the phone number provided rang for twelve minutes with no answer.

"Complaint turned around."
Placed an order back on Dec 23rd via Readies which is their new card payment method and nothing received.
Spoke with the director of the company Antony on the 29th Dec who claimed my order wasn’t processed but the website was VERY quick to take my money.
Absolute radio silence despite me following up with multiple emails and trying to call. No one ever answers the phone and yet this company’s slogan is ‘no gimmicks’. They also claim that their customer service is at the heart of the business which is nothing short of false.
I’ve taken my business elsewhere for less of a price. Will be claiming my money back from the bank and reporting as a scam. Absolutely terrible.
*Update- 19/01/24*
After attempting to liaise with the director of the company for one final time, he mentioned how my correspondence fell under the radar and as soon as my complaint email was received, an order was sent out to me to rectify the issue.
While I wouldn’t recommend the new card payment method which is now on the website for credit/debit card payments, Antony did manage to swiftly turn this complaint around AND added some freebies to my order for the mistake made and was extremely apologetic regarding this.
While it shouldn’t take a bit of chasing to get an order rectified, it did arrive shortly after our conversation :)

E-Liquid UK are also trading under ‘Not Blowing Smoke’ I discovered this from the refund reference.
Read the reviews for BOTH trade names.
I placed an order that was sat in processing for a week, tried to raise a ticket to enquire as to why - page not responding. Called number provided, no longer in use. Read reviews and saw MULTIPLE similar complaints, take money and part or no delivery. I paid by super payments so I contacted them and they raised a complaint on my behalf. Refunded today but my strong advice is DO NOT order from this set up. If you have and have failed to receive your order, report as a scam to bank and get your money refunded.

The E liquid supplied was over 3 years past its best before date, which is totally unacceptable. Contacted the company who apologised and said a refund would be processed. NO REFUND RECEIVED!

Placed an order which arrived. They sent the wrong product. I’ve contacted them a week ago with no luck or replies. Phone number doesn’t exist so can’t contact them? Will probably end up having to go through credit card company to get my refund.

It's been five days since I ordered, and I got an email to write a review on a product I have yet to receive. I emailed this morning to find out what happened, and I am still awaiting a response. Now I see reviews on Trustpilot that this is a frequent problem with this shop and that people never receive their orders and lose their money. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Ordered on the 6th of September, paid as well. No order as of the 21st of September. I have called twice - no answer, emailed them 3 times via the customer portal. Order says "complete" on their website.. no customer support, no product but taken my money - do they even exist ??

DO NOT order from this company. I made an order on 7th July and it hasn't been sent to the courier and they haven't replied to my 6 emails to get my parcel or refund sorted. Absolute bogus and I will be taking it further.
