"Second cut-in"
My first cut-in was great. One of the best cuts I have had in years. This second time--not real happy with. Looks a little choppy. Sides will not lay down correctly. The back is perfect. I do not like it when the sides are too short and will not lay down.

The sales reps ask you emotional questions at the beginning and then use your answers to close the deal and get you to commit right then and there.
They did not disclose all the info and costs associated.
After I did my own research on the treatment option they recommended, I found out that other people said that the strands were constantly falling out and that you had to continue to pay the like $500/m to maintain mediocre results.

The quality of the systems seems to have slipped from systems in the past. I have had several that got bald spots and this never happened before.

"HC does work"
Since I have a new hairstylist I am very happy with my hair when leaving my appointment. The treatments have been helping and there is new hair growth. It does take a few months before you notice new hair growth. You have to do the maintenance at home with the products that is provided. That's the only way that you will get hair growth. It is work, but it is worth it!

It ended up to be too expensive for me, but if I had the extra money, I would definitely do it.

"Failed service"
Two months prior to arriving in Las Vegas I made an appointment with a specific hair stylist that I prefer to have do my hair. When I arrived for my appointment they gave me somebody new. The frontal tape failed after four days and I was unable to get this taken care of because the office is closed on Sunday and Monday. There was no attempt to contact me to let me know that they had changed my stylist. Now I have to readjust my schedule again to get this problem fixed.
