Had to chase my order as no update/delivery after 5 days. Eventually got a reply advising half the order was out of stock and would not be delivered until end of September. Still waiting for the other half that apparently is in stock! Nearly 2 weeks now!

Ordered from them four boxes of vegware bags paid via PayPal. First received the wrong goods they were quick to pick them up but my order supposedly was still with courier. Spoke to Sharon customer service assured delivery was on way but only half paid for full order so asked for a refund I have emailed telephoned and still nothing . Two boxes have turned up today but nothing from Ascot themselves I was a new customer not a good way to treat . Sound good on phone but customer service certainly lacks
