"A great PV installation"

Pre-order: very good presentation, full cooperation in looking for the best design.
Order: not the cheapest, but flexible to close the deal.
Post-order: discussions and objections regarding the scope: techn. dptmt objected the 32 panel layout and reduced the scope to 25.
Only after scaffolding was up and guys from the installation team made measurements on our roof, the 32 were confirmed.
Installation went like a dream. An excellent team of 5 completed the job in two (!) days; at the end of day 2 the kit went live and produced power. I can only recommend Rainbow whilst there is still room for improvement (see above).

"Geat installation of solar panels"

In mid June we contacted Rainbow Energy because a friend had recommended them to us as an installer and supplier of solar energy panels and batteries. Within a few days Salah visited us, took all the measurements and had supplied a quote after 24 hours. We decided to go ahead with the panels, together with the inverter and batteries. We were then visited by Mark to discuss the number of panels to be fitted, together with the desirability of installing EPS at the same time. We agreed a date of the middle of August for the installation to take place. Due to forecast rain Billy and James explained why the work needed to be delayed a day. Throughout the process they kept us fully informed of what they were doing and why. Everything was completed within 2.5 days and it was a smooth process. Throughout this time Rainbow Energy's team also kept in contact to check we were happy with the work and the progress made. Everyone's communication skills were excellent. We are completely satisfied with the work and advice given by the whole Rainbow team and would recommend this Company without reservation..

Nick and his team were brilliant. Great customer support in particular from Nick who was always on hand. We have an end of terrace house in Walthamstow and took half a day to install, off grid already!

From the first time Mark came over to quote, we could feel the difference in what Rainbow were bringing to the table, as opposed to the many other sales calls we received when we started looking into solar. He explained the tech knowledgeably, and we received a well presented and informed breakdown of our needs and projected usage (based on prior usage from utilities bills). Throughout the process, Rainbow have been responsive and a pleasure to deal with - including Jack, Ross and Jordan who came to install last week. Over all very impressed and happy with our decision.

Wow, where do I even start with Rainbow Energy? From the get-go, this has been a surprisingly smooth ride, with far fewer headaches than I imagined. Simply put, it was a brilliant service.

Nick, my sales rep, was on the ball. He answered all my questions, no matter how trivial they might've seemed, with patience. Whenever I reached out, he was there, ready with a solution or advice. Seriously, hats off to his dedication.

Getting a quote was simple. Instead of bombarding me with technical jargon, they gave me a straightforward breakdown of what I'd be saving. And they weren’t just throwing words around when they mentioned their whole 'under-promise and over-deliver' thing. They genuinely meant it and it showed.

The installation crew, led by Charlie, deserves a shoutout too. Despite a hiccup on the day – totally not their fault – they stayed late, way past what I'd expect, making sure everything was in place. And they were so patient with me, guiding me through the app setup, making sure I knew my way around it.

Post-installation, the service didn't drop off. The team made sure I had all the paperwork sorted for my export tariff. Little things that really enhanced the experience.

In a nutshell, if you're thinking about going solar, give Rainbow Energy a call. They’ve earned my trust and I can't recommend them enough. They've set the bar pretty high!

I chose Rainbow from 3 other companies that quoted me because of the professional way the whole project was handled from quote to installation.

Minor issue was dealt with straight away and support was/is superb, throughout the whole process.

"Outstanding Customer Service"

Of the quotes we had, this was not the cheapest, or most expensive, but we chose it due to the engineer Marcus. During his visit, he gave a very detailed explanation of the installation and benefits of solar energy. This was followed by a detailed written summary of the complete system layout and expected energy.

There were a few problems with the installation/setup which took time to sort out (hence 4* and not 5*). That said, the level of customer service has been outstanding throughout this initial period. System now working brilliantly and we're already seeing payback.

From end to end the company and its staff were helpful and efficient. The engineer/technician who did the survey and gave us the advice, knew his subject so well, he answered all our questions and didn't try to ,'oversell'. The subcontractor scaffolders were fast and efficient, the instillation crew were fast and efficient. The system is up and running and we are pleased

"Rainbow Energy brought colours in my life with the solar installation"

Having been frustrated with First4Solar who took a large deposit and almost no response, support or any possibility of an installation for 6 months, I was about to cancel my dream of a solar panel installation and was ready to lose the deposit money.

During this time, I came across Rainbow Energy and Mark Chesney visited my home and assured me of a swift and efficient installation. I gave a second thought of risking my deposit again and give Mark a chance. Mark was OK with 10% deposit only and promised me an installation within 10 days.

Mark kept his promise and the whole thing went really smoothly. Solar panels and battery installed within 10 days. All the guarantee and paper works received within 3-4 weeks. I must say that I am absolutely happy and would recommend Rainbow Energy for the best solar installations. They are quite competitive as well and very knowledgeable in their business. Not forgetting to thank Abigail, Louise, Steve, Andrew and Scott. The whole team has just been wonderful and very helpful from start to finish.
