Great device. Works very well. getting it to fully work was a bit tricky as the instructions were not perfect but the Sigma team’s customer service was EXCELLENT. The worked with me to get the problems resolved. Many firms could learn a lot from these guys and how the follow up on customer issues. Well done!

Purchased an apple car play unit for a Prius. Shipped quickly. Was able to install myself and had great help from the few issues I ran into. All works now and is a great upgrade from the stock unit. Would recommend.

1. Hope the IGO PRimo is installed No indication that it is in the paper instructions. If not can you send Micro card with it on it. I was told you would install it.
2.THere are no instructions on How to install the unit. Any Help there?

In general, I'm pretty happy with the product and customer service. I learned that the communication over WhatsApp is more efficient than email. I wish guys would provide better documentation especially on head unit plugs definitions and pinouts including Canbus, it would make my installation much faster. Other than that , everything works now and thank Sigma Car Stereo Team.

Great products, brought a bespoke unit for my Porsche, had couple of issues installing but Khan is great, replies quickly and gives links to videos etc on how to resolve. Great sounding unit with miles more features than factory unit

Ordered a stereo for a mini. Did not notice where you should click to add CarPlay so had to get the dangle to connect. Your stuck buying their very expensive dangle as it’s the only one that works with this stereo. Tried to work around this without success or help from the company. Got the dangle with no app or link to the app. Sent multiple emails to get the app and received a link that went no where. Now I get no response nor the app and have paid a lot of many for something I can’t use and a stereo I can’t use as intended. Was planning on ordering another stereo but after this ordeal I will order nothing.
