Had the same document translated done by 3 translation agencies as candidate evaluation, Mars Translation aka CCJK had it reviewed by non-Native, asked for a re-check summary but QA manager could not explain any errors. Not to mention this company simply ignores politically sensitive concerns between China and Taiwan, even the G7 Summit statement addressed the issue, Mars Translation put politics before dealing with business. Signature is longer than the content... something's not right.

From the very first email, I was hesitant to reply - I'm not a fan of "cold-call" style marketing. That said, I did reply and I asked for pricing, languages, etc. When my account manager, Suzy Zhang, sent all the details, I was sold. Not only was Suzy quick to respond, the rates are amazing too!
