"Not received the order"

Not received the order, no communications or updates & not replying to my email. Ordered 11 days ago & money has been taken from my bank account.
Really disappointed.

I bought some faux flowers. They took about a week to come but I received the most lovely hand written card and some wax melts apologising for the delay. The flowers are stunning, will definitely be ordering some more. The customer care and attention to detail is outstanding. Thanks so much
