One day after receiving similar offer letters and multiple re-payment plans in the mail, I randomly received a pre-qualified letter from Debt Advisors of America in the mail about consolidating all of my applicable credit card debt into one, easy-peasy, stress free payment with a realistic timeframe. It intrigued me because the program example listed in the letter was better than what I had previously seen. I like to do research for myself so I Googled it, read some other reviews and details about it, and called. Stacey is the associate that I ended up connecting with and I was able to get a rundown about how the program works and what to expect. Naturally, I was cautious and suspicious at first; however, this first interaction was back in October of 2024. I am currently writing this review in February of 2025 and one out of my three accounts have already been settled! Stacey has been a wonderful resource, shows a high level of professionalism, and has an exceptional background in finance behind her. I literally love talking to her as she's always been available to answer any questions or concerns I have! She feels like a friend who just so happens to have experience in credit card settlements. I'm excited to continue in the program, rebuild my credit score, and financially be in a better place. Thank you DAA and Stacey!
